Celebrations

The beauty in celebrating festivals goes a long way where children talk about festivals, special foods, songs outside school too. Festivals and events taking place throughout the year are  Independence Day, Raksha Bandhan, Krishna Jayanthi,  Teacher’s Day, Ganesh Chaturthi, Vijayadasami,  Diwali,  Childrens Day, Christmas, Pongal,  Annual Day, Holi. The general atmosphere in the school also becomes festive when children are allowed on special days to come in festive attire. Children will recognize that countries and religions have celebrations unique to their culture and beliefs.
